I'm a big winner. No, really. I am for once. I wrote a short story, Sandtrap,
for a contest in the local paper, Oakville
Today. I wasn't sure they'd publish it considering the subject matter, but they
did, and I won first prize, dinner for two at Paradiso, which is just about the
best place to eat in town. I'm having a good week.
I will probably have Sandtrap up on the podcast soon. The word limit was 1000, so
I may touch it up a bit first before recording it, there was something I wanted
to add but I can't remember what.
Tomorrow I rehearse with the two main actors for my new short film, Reste
la Meme. There should be hat accent over one of the Es, but I don't know
how to add it. Imagine it's there. We shoot in 2 weeks, finally I can test out the
nice HD camera I blew all my money on.
